We have had a great experience with J & M cleaning. Our housecleaner always arrives on time, and provides exceptional service. I especially like that she is intuitive to our needs and always goes above and beyond to make our house shine. Prices are affordable and competitive with other larger companies.

Juana does an excellent job and I can count on her to show up when she says she will. She does a thorough job whether it’s a deep cleaning for one of my real estate listings or my own home. She does tasks other housekeepers prefer not to do, she’s a hard worker, she does a great job and is very reasonably priced.

If I could also choose responsiveness and punctuality from the list, I would do so as well but they only give you an opportunity to pick three positive descriptions. J and M cleaning is the absolute best company I have ever worked with! I have an Airbnb and have been doing my own cleaning for many years. However I moved and needed to hire someone to take over. After a year of having different cleaners coming in and out and being extremely frustrating with not showing up etc. I found J and M ! What a blessing! It was a seamless flow to have them come in and clean. Not only did they do everything that I needed done they are actually better cleaners than myself! I really didn’t think that was possible! Fresh eyes and young energy was something that I definitely needed for my business because cleaning and doing a spotless job is vital and what my guests are looking for! I really can’t say enough good things about J and I’m cleaning!

Hired on Thumbtack

Hired her for 4hrs for a 900sqft apartment and when she arrived I explained that I cleaned the kitchen yesterday and it would only need a couple things done. She then spent 3 hours cleaning the kitchen and didn't get to the rest of the apartment. I'm disappointed and upset at the waste of money

I apologize for the miscommunication again. Glad I was able to come back that some day to talk over this again and come to an agreement about your money being refunded and me coming back to do some more cleaning. I always want to leave my clients satisfied. Client was offered a full refund but refused and only accepted partial, came back and did Hey some more cleaning same day.
