Not knowing anything in regards to bookkeeping/taxes/laws, etc...I
was very concerned if I was in compliance in this arena. I had a bookkeeper
before Ken ...but I had no peace of mind and wasn't assured that everything was in order. Ken has been very helpful and I no longer worry about the legal stuff when it comes to my bookkeeping, thanks to Ken.
I'm not sure if I am getting all the necessary advice as to how to save on taxes. We're a new company and I'm very busy but I'm hoping to find the time to talk with Ken more on how to reduce my taxes by making the right financial decisions.

We structure our pricing to meet the individual needs of our clients. We offer flat fee monthly pricing, as well as hourly rates. Our services are designed to be comprehensive yet economical, providing peace of mind while saving time, money and resources for the business owner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically offer a free initial phone consultation to discuss the needs of a potential client. Thereafter, we will offer a free in office appointment for the potential client, in order that they may meet the entire team who will be working with them. This includes the CPA, the bookkeeping manager, as well as the client services director. At that point the new client can fully determine if we might be a good fit form them and their business.
