Excellent service from this company. My furnace broke the day I was leaving town. I contacted these folks and asked if they could give me a bid to replace the furnace. I got one that day that explicitly detailed the replacement cost. Three days later I had a new furnace. Fuse was very responsive to my questions, even calling me after work hours. Their pricing was great, about $3K less than one other bid.
