Plasma Electric responded to my request within an hour or so of my post. He came out at the end of the day to perform troubleshooting. He identified the issue and came back 1st thing the next morning, as promised, and took care of the issue. He was responsive, professional and got the job done! We are so happy to have the issue resolved and to check it off of our “to do” list.
Overall, compared to other quotes, his price to diagnose was very competitive. Based on the time it took to complete the work, I think the cost was reasonable.
I’d hire him again if the need arises. I recommend Plasma without hesitation.

Erfan and Plasma Electric are our favorite contractors! They show up on time, have great communication and go above and beyond to get the job done. They're self-sufficient and low maintenance to work with which has been a breath of fresh air.
