- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like to play games. I will give you my best estimate that is fair and accurate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer calls to schedule an estimate 2. I come to the house on time and measure to make sure the estimate is correct. 3. I discuss the project with the homeowner to understand their goals and make sure the job gets done right. 4. I present the job proposal. This is not an estimate because the price you see is the price you pay. 5. I take a 50% deposit and schedule the project. 6. I come on the day scheduled to go over last minute details and get the project started. 7. The painters finish the project. I do a final walkthrough with the homeowner to make sure everything was completed correctly. I accept final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Bellevue homeowner, so I understand the needs of my customers. I only employ experienced painters who understand the demanding needs of homeowners. I've been in business for over 10 years providing excellent customer service.
