FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer and walk through his project and talk to him about his goals, how he imagin the project once its done, I try to listen to him so I can understand where he is coming from , if there is a budget to be met etc. Then I discuss with him about the realities of the project. Like procedure, the products that I use, the warranty of my labor, the quality of the paint.I like to walk through the whole process so the new client can know exactly what is going to happen, and there is no surprises or hidden costs etc.
