Inspection & Service Fee – A $60 inspection fee applies to assess the condition of your system before performing any work. If you decide to move forward with the service, this fee will be deducted from the total cost. Service Pricing: Air Duct Cleaning – Starting at $199 (pricing may vary based on home size and number of vents). Dryer Vent Cleaning – Starting at $99 (pricing depends on accessibility and vent length). Chimney Cleaning – Starting at $199 (pricing may vary based on buildup and condition).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to make the process smooth, efficient, and transparent for every new customer. Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Scheduling an Inspection Appointment – We start by scheduling an inspection at a time that works best for you. Our team will assess the condition of your air ducts, dryer vent, chimney, or HVAC system to determine the necessary services. A $60 inspection fee applies, which will be credited toward your total cost if you proceed with the service. Detailed Assessment & Recommendations – During the inspection, our technician will evaluate the system, identify any issues, and provide expert recommendations. We will discuss service options, pricing, and any necessary repairs. Estimate & Approval – After the inspection, we provide a clear, upfront estimate for the recommended work. Once you approve the service, we schedule a convenient time to complete the job. Professional Service Completion – Our certified technicians will perform the service with industry-grade equipment, following all safety and quality standards. Whether it's air duct cleaning, dryer vent repair, chimney maintenance, or HVAC services, we ensure a thorough job. Final Inspection & Customer Satisfaction – After completing the work, we conduct a final check to ensure everything is clean, safe, and functioning properly. We will walk you through the completed service and answer any questions. Payment & Documentation – We provide a detailed invoice or service report outlining the work completed. Payment is processed, and you receive a receipt for your records. Follow-Up & Maintenance Recommendations – We offer guidance on ongoing maintenance and answer any additional questions.
