Our itemized proposal consists of two parts; the scope of work and the material allowance. The scope of work includes a fixed cost for labor and building material. The allowance cost will vary based on the finish material selection.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The contractors in our elite community on average have 15 years of experience, each licensed and vetted before onboarding. Only 25% of contractor applicants get accepted.
