Kudos to Quality House LLC of Redmond WA for the excellent complete remodel they did on my vacant Bothell condo, and on a remte basis. Andrew Klubov and his very ample size crew did professional craftsmanship, on schedule, at a reasonable price, within budget. My $125K remodel involved every room in my 26-year-old 1400 sf condo. It was completed in 5 weeks. We are very happy with the results.

I am beyond pleased with the work Quality House LLC has done for us and I can't recommend them highly enough! They are incredibly knowledgeable, has an excellent work ethic, and is genuinely sincere in everything They do.
They tackled a particularly complicated stairs project for us, where space was tight, the step was not standard size and an extended roof that blocked the light from the room and looked plain ugly. The outcome was fantastic – the stairs are solid, functional, and look wonderful! They even added a under the stairs closet. More storage the merrier. You will see the before and after pictures that are attached. We couldn’t be happier with the result.
When we faced an emergency situation with a basement leak, they responded immediately, came over to assess the issue, and quickly identified the root of the problem. They resolved it efficiently, giving us great peace of mind.
More recently, Quality House LLC completed a project adding insulation between our top and basement floors to reduce noise. The difference is incredible – the noise is reduced by at least 75%, making a huge impact on the comfort of our home.
Quality House LLC's associates, especially Andrew and Vlad, are also very sincere, skilled, and knowledgeable about their work. They have all been a pleasure to work with.
We’re now working on a new project with them to build a deck in our backyard, and we're excited to see the results! I’ll be sure to share pictures once it's complete.
