I have a townhouse in Seattle that I rent out, and my last tenants were a lovely family who were pretty rough on the maple floors for 7 years. There was water damage on the floors in the bathroom, and lots of scratches and scuffs, dark patches, and spots were worn through the finish down to raw wood. I needed the floors redone to rent the place out again, and I was somewhat price sensitive after having to spend money on repainting and several new appliances.
I got 4 bids for the project; Edduard was the by far most responsive of the pros, very good about getting back to my calls and texts and meeting me (on time and around busy my schedule) at the house. His bid was among the lowest, but without a dip in services. He initially thought that I'd have to replace the boards in the bathroom, but when he got to work discovered that the damage wasn't as bad. Great integrity -- showed me what he did and ended up billing me for less than we had agreed because he avoided replacing the boards.
He and his partner worked some long days and a Saturday to get the project done. The floors look brand new -- they did a wonderful job.
