About
Good Time Fitness has a very gradual exercise program. We’re not going to kill you on the first day. We meet each client at their current fitness level and progress at a pace that is specific to each person depending on their age, conditioning, and previous injuries.
What makes us different from other trainers is we take the time to record workouts to make sure each client is making progress instead of just making people tired and sweaty.

I have been working with Sam over 8 months and he totally changed the quality of my life! Sam asked me what is my number one goal in our first day, and I said I want to be strong and bring more energy.
I was always tired and lack of energy at that time even I was doing my own exercise regularly. I tried many other workouts but they made my chronic neck pain worse due to bad posture that I didn't aware.
After working with Sam once a week, I started to feel the difference from the first month. My neck and back pain is much less, and my husband also noticed that I am more positive and have less complain on everything.
Sam always shows detailed attention to every small thing during my workout and try to make it work with various approaches. Now I am trying to build hiking endurance by finishing hard course every week to challenge myself more. It would never have been possible to do that if I haven't built my basic strength from the training with Sam. I am so happy to know Sam, and have this opportunity to live a life with different level of energy!

I started with Good Time Fitness on a whim, just trying to find guidance on my fitness journey. They have not only transformed me physically but I have gained so much knowledge and also made great friends during my training time there. They will not disappoint, they live up to the name of their business.

I trained with both Nate for 1 session and Rob for 5 sessions so far and have already seen strength gains. In less than a month, I was able to make steady progress each time with efficient but challenging workouts.
While they do emphasize the core powerlifting sets of squats, deadlifts and benchpress, I find these workouts to build a great foundation for strength compared to the random routines in cross-fit gyms. I'm consistently a bit sore after working out with them which means I'm pushing myself harder than I would normally without a personal trainer.
Nate and Rob were both very patient, gently corrected my form when necessary, and kept meticulous track of my progress. I would definitely recommend giving Nate or Rob a try if you're looking for a personal trainer.

Nate is professional, systematic, patient and excellent at teaching the barbell lifts. Weightlifting is the most efficient method of increasing ones fitness and strength; and Good Time Fitness will help you do just that. The only thing holding you back from attaining your fitness and strength goals is you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new customers we are extra cautious to not over train them. When someone is new to exercise or has taken a long break it's very important to not give them too much stress from the first few workouts. When we acquire a new customer we make sure to meet them at their starting point.

Our trainers have the following degrees: B.Sc Exercise Science & B.Sc Clinical Physiology.
