- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Brief Description of Fees/Prices; Travel Fee $50 (regular work hours 9-5pm-within 25 mile radius roundtrip (heavy traffic fee changes) -offer estimated fee for mileage over 25 miles) Plus $10 (per signer/witness/acknowledgement/oath) Notarization Travel Fee $75+ (before/after hours depending on hour/time/mileage) Plus $10 (per signer/witness/acknowledgement/oath) Notarization Plus any expense reimbursements, examples; parking, tolls, ferry fees, over mileage, etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty basic, to start I set up the appointment, confirm signing location to travel to my new customer, and give estimated fee. At signing I identify my customer / all signers through a valid current government issued ID. I review the document/documents to be notarized, then finalize fee, swear in all signers, notarize the document/documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Annually I am approved through NNA Background Check / NNA Test. Semi-Annually I am educated for State of WA Notary Procedures / Laws Semi-Annually I am educated for Loan Signing Agent Procedures / Laws
