- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the process of handling your case by meeting with you and getting background information. After if you choose to retain our services we send letters of representation to all parties involved so you can focus on your recovery and we handle the stressful aspects for you. Once you complete treatment we gather your medical records and submit a demand to the at fault carrier and negotiate on your behalf. We assist with ensuring your bills don’t go to collection and help with property damage as well.
