Wow! Where do I start? From the initial consultation Alice was warm and welcoming. She is up front and will let you know what to expect. I was going through a divorce. If that is not hard enough, my ex was extremely obstinate and insulting to my lawyer. Alice maintained perfect composure and responded to her brilliantly. I honestly found Alice by pure luck as I know absolutely nothing about law or how to find a lawyer. She is a saving grace, and I would recommend her 1,000 times over. Then I came to northwest law group. Alice and Elina listened to my facts and got my medical bills and wage loss taken care off and a settlement for my pain and suffering.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the process of handling your case by meeting with you and getting background information. After if you choose to retain our services we send letters of representation to all parties involved so you can focus on your recovery and we handle the stressful aspects for you. Once you complete treatment we gather your medical records and submit a demand to the at fault carrier and negotiate on your behalf. We assist with ensuring your bills don’t go to collection and help with property damage as well.
