FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we don't believe in giving misleading flat-rate pricing. The extent of damage often isn't fully visible until a proper inspection is completed. We provide honest, detailed estimates based on what your home actually needs, nothing more, nothing less. If you're filing an insurance claim, we work hard to document the damage thoroughly and negotiate a fair settlement with your insurance company. Our goal is to restore your home to its pre-loss condition, so in many cases, homeowners are responsible only for their deductible and any upgrades they choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site inspection to understand the damage and answer any questions you have. From there, we'll explain your options, whether it's working with your insurance company or paying out of pocket, and help you choose the approach that's best for you. Our goal is to make the process as clear, honest, and stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is IICRC certified and trained in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and structural drying. We stay up to date with industry standards, building codes, and insurance claim practices to ensure every project is completed safely, correctly, and with full transparency.
