We had a failing 4 ft cement wall. Koma Kulshan removed and replaced it with a strong functioning wall also taking time to fix siding that had been damaged by the failing wall. We also had him take a jagged basement foundation and smooth it over to make it into a comfortable flat floor. Rick was meticulous about how his work turned out, This project increased the strength, function and beauty of this house.

I had a very disappointing experience. The work was rarely completed on time, and even when he claimed a project was finished, it often was not. This happened on several occasions. He also asked for payment before the work was done, which I found very unprofessional. The last job he did for me was left unfinished, and when I asked him to come back, he responded with attitude and never returned. Unfortunately, this pattern of behavior made it clear I could not rely on him to follow through. Attached are photos of his most recent work on a shower surround, which was left poorly done and not caulked in multiple areas.
