Introduction: I'm am able to communicate technical problems to a client with ease and explain to them what went wrong in a manner that is understandable to them. I also will show them how to avoid the problem in the future so they won't need service as often. I have been passionate about hardware and systems since I was a freshman in high school. That is when I got my first PC and I was hooked as to what I wanted to do.

I have a new computer, modem, router, and printer. The printer was not seeing the network, so I could print from some places but not others. He resolved the problem, and setup some preferences that I wanted regarding Windows 10. He arrived on time; was easy to get along with and very helpful; plus very reasonably priced. I will call him again if I need an IT guy.
