We will often break down jobs into smaller elements, bidding parts and where appropriate estimating hours at $40 and $30 per hour.

establish an open and honest dialogue, make it clear what they can expect from us, and determine if we would be a good fit and be able to meet expectations
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I framed houses and apartments starting in the late 70's; then worked for a few different contractors in new and remodel construction, gradually shifting to my own business by the late 80's.
