the bid included a lot of line items with the term budget which meant the line item could be billed for more. this seems a way to get around the bid process. I also felt uncomfortable when he stood in the bathroom doorway. He was late and I wanted him to leave now
It was dinner time and felt he was just putting forth an interested persona which was false.

One of the oddest appointments and feedbacks I have ever received. She told me she was disabled and could not even leave the house. She stated that her parents had bought the house for her and she lived off a trust fund. I texted her 3 hours before the appointment to let her know I would be 45 minutes late due to all the road closures from flooding. Upon arrival at a very dark rural location in the pouring rain, it took me several minutes to determine the house with no lights on and a steel cable across the driveway was her place. During the meeting she talked poorly about other contactors. She talked about their poor work and that they tried to ask her on dates. Of course that made me give her a cold response as I did not want to do the work. Good luck to the selected contractor.

David painted the entire interior of our home, including lofted ceilings and wall repair. David's work was more than impressive - he was very clean, organized and detail-oriented with his work product. He was very reasonably priced and the quality of his service and work product is excellent. We couldn't have been happier to choose David to paint our home, and he will now be our "go to" professional for all of our family's painting needs.

When it came to have our house repainted I had my neighbors house to look at, which had been painted by Sturtz Finishes, and how well the paint job had stood up. I was pleased with the professional job that David and the crew provided. They were great to work with and kept me up to date on progress and next steps. We start with an in person consult at the clients property. We collaborate to develop a scope of work. I the prepare a written proposal with a complete breakdown of tasks showing labor and materials.
