Introduction: John Del Signore is a professional nature and landscape photographer, environmentalist and explorer of wild places. Throughout his life, he has been actively involved in protecting and preserving wilderness areas and feels that the preservation of planet earth is one of the most urgent and challenging issues facing us today. John's carefully composed images are a personal expression of his special relationship with the environment. In each composition, he attempts to convey this personal connection so the viewer may also have a significant and moving experience that will encourage environmental stewardship and connection to the natural world.
