Wow where do I begin. We had a particularly challenging trip to Italy that needed to check off all the boxes we wanted. Katrina gave me several plans to choose from and we ended up with a great choice for our vacation! Her computer systems to set up the trip were easy to use and she was very nice to work with. Will definitely use her services in the future. She has EXCELLENT response skills and communicates really well for those of us unfamiliar with the travel industry or don’t have lot of experience traveling. Thanks Katrina!! Can’t wait for Italy!!

Most times a travel agent doesn't cost any extra money. There are some exceptions.

I like to ask questions and get a feel for what the client wants. I have a questionnaire that covers most of the questions.
