Introduction: I decided to develop online personal training because I want to be able to offer my knowledge, experience and support to people who have a limited income and who cannot afford in-person personal training.
I also want to help out people who are too busy to commit to training with a personal trainer, or who spend a lot of time traveling. My workout programs can be done anywhere, anytime. I will give you the guidance, commitment, support, and the tools you need to achieve your goals.
I offer both personal training workouts that cater to many different goals, and individualized nutrition programming.
