- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing based upon job details: which include any additional personnel that may be required, travel requirements, or special equipment needs. Hourly / Flat rates are available, however, I always recommend thoroughly discussing the work needed prior to a quote unless it is for Sports Events, Convention Coverage, or News, to insure maximum satisfaction with the results.

View the existing work of all professionals you are considering for your needs, and see if your visions are similiar. Do they have a web site on which you can view your completed work..? Do they offer retouching services..? Do they provide custom work, collages, etc..? What kind of equipment does the photographer have / use..? Professional Cameras / Lens / Lighting...?? Is the photographer available to work on location..? (Indoor / Outdoor, Studio or special location) Is the photographer easy to contact and easy to work with..?
