FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing honest and upfront. We’ll explain the cost before we start, talk through your options, and make sure there are no surprises. We focus on doing the job right with quality materials and solid workmanship, and if there’s a better or more cost-effective option for you, we’ll always let you know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I show up on time and take the time to look everything over with you. I’ll walk through your options, answer any questions, and provide a free estimate so there are no surprises. I do my best to send estimates out the same night, and if the work can be done that day, I’m happy to take care of it on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed formal electrical training, and earned my journeyman license. I also hold my electrical administrator license, which means the same person pulling the permits is the one performing the work. That keeps things simple, accountable, and done the right way. I stay up to date on codes and best practices, and I bring years of hands-on experience to every job.
