Victor responded quickly and figured out I did not need a new set of locks, just to be rekeyed. I appreciate him helping and not just charging the most.
Details: Install or replace current lock system • Deadbolt • Doorknob
Astra Lock Solutions LLC's reply
Thank you so much, Geniqua! I’m glad we were able to rekey your existing locks instead of replacing something that didn’t need to be replaced. I always try to recommend what actually makes sense for the customer. I really appreciate your trust and for taking the time to leave a review!

Prompt service and easy communication. Took under and hour to rekey two standard locks. Price matched their estimate. Would absolutely call on them again for any future needs.

was able to come out same day, unfortunately the deadbolt was entirely broken and the turning mechanism split into a few pieces. Victor was great, he figured out the best way to replace the one part and got my deadbolt working! was even nice enough to spend some time tuning the mechanism so it was smooth and closed properly. thanks!
Astra Lock Solutions LLC's reply
Thank you so much, Jonathan! I’m really glad I could come out the same day and get your deadbolt working again without having to replace the whole lock. I always like to make sure everything operates smoothly before calling a job finished, so I’m happy you noticed the extra attention to detail. I truly appreciate your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience!
