- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Primarily, we do NOT have an hourly rate. Our fees are project or "item" based. We have some set fees for web design, but even then it's modular and able to expand to fit your needs. Promotional Products or ScreenPrint projects are payable in advance, and vary based off quantity, product, and other deliverables.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Anyone can pick up a mouse and claim they're a graphic or web designer. The reality is there's a process that needs to be worked through for everything from a logo design to a fully functional e-commerce website. We work with our clients to create a functional priority list of design & marketing needs to help them reach their full potential!
