Cascades Yoga & Neurotherapy

Introduction: We do extraordinary movement. Hatha yoga with dogs, kids, old people is fun and enlightening. Neurotherapy is like yoga for the brain. We work privately and in groups with people 5 years and up. Screenings are available to identify underlying causes of ADD, ADHD, learning disabilities, etc. An individual movement-based neurotherapy program is an alternative to drugs for ADD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, etc. that is safe and effective when done regularly. We combine yoga and neurotherapy in group and private yoga sessions. Two little rescue dogs (Cracker and Godzilla) are our K9 Yoga Masters who teach us how to do unconditional love and to be a great down dog.
