- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do updates with the Red Cross on new material that comes out and the science behind the updates. I also keep myself updated on the latest swimming techniques, drills, equipment and information via field specific publications and articles by the experts in the field. I am in the process of becoming an instructor for American Safety & Health Institute in First Aid and CPR.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do quite a few review classes for those who have had previous certification in Lifeguarding, CPR or First Aid. This gives an opportunity to learn the new materials and reinforce the previous knowledge during the trainings.
