- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Healthy Homes knows the industry very well. We know that most of the bigger guys overcharge. We offer the exact same products and more, for fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will meet you at the project location, do an evaluation and sit down and go over different options. depending on the size of the project we will either give you a same day quote or it might take a day or two (if we are building from the ground up).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Healthy Homes brings decades of industry experience. Owners Josh and Rich have spent their entire adult lives in construction, building deep expertise from the ground up. We don’t make guesses—we stay current by regularly meeting with product manufacturers to learn about the latest innovations and updates. This ensures our installers follow every detail of building codes and manufacturer specifications, delivering work you can trust.
