- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $85/hr or will give you a bid on your project. I don't charge for setup time or for cleanup time. I have 25 years experience in construction and 10 as a general contractor. I make sure that you're 100% happy with the job before I leave.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a bid job, I typically would like 30% of the project up front and the rest upon completion. For an hourly job I would ask for daily pay unless it was a several day job then we could agree up on other terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with dozens general contractors throughout my life and I have established relationships with them and have done hundreds of jobs.
