This "Company" showed up in a beat-up passenger van. It was raining out and they traipsed in my house and onto my carpet with wet shoes, dragging in all kinds of debris. I have to vacuum and mop floors just from their entering and exiting. (Every other contractor or plumber I have had work in my home has been very respectful and put on shoe coverings). I thought the price they were charging sounded very high, and that I could find a contractor to do it for less, to which the owner, Jonathan replied, "Well, isn't the insurance company paying for it?" I explained that if I have any more plumbing issues, my insurance will not cover it because he would have used up the remaining aggregate with the price he was charging. He then replied, "Well, doesn't it run out before next month?" (Next month is January). He told the insurance company on the phone that he already put in two hours of work (probably because he got lost on the way to my house, but he had only been at my house for 10 minutes, on the phone with the insurance company while his other technician was inside for 10 minutes) I explained that I also wasn't comfortable with the level of professionalism I saw, for someone doing a repair on the home that I own. He then said, "Well, I don't even want to do it anymore" and told his technician to get his materials. The technician apologized to me on his way out. They hopped in the van and drove off. I would never hire them or recommend them.
