Cody came out to help us with an electrical/drywall project. He was super responsive from the start, and came out within in a few days for an estimate. He was so generous with his time and gave us so many different options depending on our budget/vision for the project. We really appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness.
When he came out to do the work, he was on time and even took the time to show my husband what he was doing because my husband has an interest in home repairs. We are really happy with his work, and also just found him to be not only skilled in his field, but also a genuinely kind person. We will most certainly be calling him for help with our next project!

Clever Habitat was able to come out on short notice and help with a few home repairs around the house ranging from light installation and bathroom sink replacement to junk removal. Cody was so helpful, and worth every penny. I would recommend him and his business 1000 times.
The power suddenly went out in my office and in a bedroom - nowhere else in the house. Thinking that this was a tripped breaker switch I went to the breaker box and sure enough one of the switches had tripped. Unfortunately, I couldn't reset it. My neighbor who is more savvy than I was equally unsuccessful. I entered my problem into Angie's list and within minutes was contacted by Cody at Clever Habitat Pros. I explained the details of my problem to Cody and he gave me the most surprising and welcome response imaginable. He instructed me to go to the panel and instead of trying to turn the breaker on, to flip it in the opposite direction fully off, wait a moment, and see if it could be turned back on. It worked perfectly and the lights and my computer router turned back on. Cody said this was a common problem. Clever Habitat Pros didn't make any money off of this exchange; but they did win a customer for life.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge fees for Long drives. 50+ miles. and that's is split between us. I do offer discounts depending on length, and depth of job. And with the right circumstances my prices are negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview beforehand if possible, to get familiar with eachother. Request lots of pictures, as to come as prepared as possible. And always show up on time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2.5 Years of trade school, 14 years of residential maintenance, 6 years of customer service and interaction, 3 years of training and team coordination, 3 years of sales experience and customer relations, 2.5 years of industrial maintenance and last but not least 5 years of personal development and growth, I will always bring a smile and great attitude to any situation.
