These guys went above and beyond my expectations. I will gladly use them again. During the initial appointment looking over the project they helped me think things through from a different perspective that I had not considered. It took some time from when I had that initial visit and the actual work done, but that was on my part due to finances. On that note, they beat every other quote I received HANDS DOWN!! They even took the left over concrete and made a nice little sidewalk on the side of my driveway for my wife to walk up to the car while getting our daughter out (usually it is very muddy there, now she has a 10 foot slab to walk on, she LOVES IT!) I admire the attention to detail that they exhibited while at my home, they remained professional the entire time. Great job, already planning for my next concrete project and without a doubt I will be calling John Ross Concrete FIRST!!
