Steven is truly âmy hero!â When I moved into my 2100 sq ft condo Steven and Mike helped me with several tasks - assembling new furniture, connecting TVs/media, hanging pictures, building shelves, installing dimmer switches, and much more. This past 16 months I have asked him back many times â projects around my home never seem to end! Plumbing fixtures, electrical work, building custom shelving systems â no job is too small or too big. His expert advice is spot on and his work is always stellar!
Stevenâs work ethic is exceptional. He arrives on time or early, stays until the work is done, and has any supplies or tools he may need on hand. Emails and phone calls are answered by the next day without fail. His integrity is irreproachable â he tells me up front his fee and never over charges, and his fee structure is surprisingly fair. He has access to my condo for times I may not be there, I trust him completely. My only hesitation in recommending him is once you word gets out I will have to share him!
