Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Many restaurants say they make everything from scratch, but we actually live by this ideal. We support local family farms and seek out organic products or at the very least, products that are free of antibiotics, growth hormones, chemical pesticides, and GMOs. We grew up in Amish country, so we know untainted food. We also cook onsite to assure your guest enjoy fresh food rather than a meal stored in warming boxes for hours Catering weddings because they are always a joyous occasion and we get to be part of it. We only cater one wedding at a time so if we contact you, that means we have your date available, so it would be best to make contact quickly to assure our availability.

Chef Brad produced a fine meal (the crab salad and clam chowder were exceptional). The portions were enormous. Our only criticism was the pace of the four course dinner: it could have been slower and more leisurely. Then again, perhaps that much food just took longer to consume.

The owner of Cafe Burlington seems to be on his last leg in the catering business, which reflected in the way he communicated with us. His wife and staff were super helpful during our event.
Cafe' Burlington's reply
I am sorry this opinion was expressed. As I recall, the bride and groom were happy with the services rendered, however this was the very last wedding I plan on catering. Perhaps I was wrong in sharing that it is unlikely I will cater weddings in the future. After catering 25-30 weddings per year I have come to the realization that catering weddings have become way too much work and couples have not been realistic regarding the price they wish to pay, therefore it is no longer worth my time to provide high quality catering for weddings. I will continue providing catering services for businesses and private events and dinner parties as well as give cooking lessons, however I will be very selective if requested to cater a wedding.
