- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends upon the menu you select, though most weddings average $25-$30 per guest mainly because we pay the highest minimum wage in the nation. Keep in mind that there is also a gratuity and sales tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we determine how much you want to spend per guest. Second, we design a menu to fit your budget Third, you pay a nominal deposit to reserve the day. We only cater one wedding per weekend, so this is important to hold your wedding date. Lastly, you relax knowing catering is done. Four days before the wedding, you let us know your guest count and we take it from there
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend two annual seminars each year regarding food safety issues and creative recipes
