FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually request photos of the piece in order to provide at least rough estimate. It's nearly impossible to provide an estimate without some visual idea of the damage, so this step is very important! That may include requesting your address (for on site work) and your contact info. From there, if you want to schedule the work, we proceed with scheduling!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years experience working with wood, as well as a background in management in a production environment. I also worked with a cabinet builder for quite some time and I am always learning something new in this changing industry!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whatever you do, do not be in a hurry! Anyone who pressures you to have them do the work may not be the best fit for repair work on your treasured piece!
