- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent on the houses and the conditions they are in…they are not etched in stone they are just estimates because Thumbtack makes me do it in order for to show up in results! It’s impossible to give a proper estimate without seeing your home and actually getting in there and cleaning, it it may look clean to the eye but often cases it’s a lot more work than what it looks like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I prefer to speak either on phone or in person about the details of what they are looking for, I want to be sure that I am able to provide them with the best service that I possibly can and make sure that we are well matched!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working and talking to and with other professionals, online courses and trial and error!
