- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates based on expected materials/labor to complete your job. We do an awesome job of holding to our estimates, yet sometimes unforeseen things pop up (underground utilities or boulders require moving things or extra labor, material shortages, etc.). We try to communicate things things really, really well if they come up and find a best solution for you and for us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone call to discuss your project, we love to see your property in-person. We ask the right questions to make sure we understand your dreams, and bring up any potential challenges or unique project requirements that can only be seen with an in-person visit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Folks young and old, families, businesses and churches with properties from 4000sqft to 18 acres.
