Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Virtue Construction is more affordable than many companies because many general contractors sub out a majority of the work they are hired to complete. The subcontractor and general contractor both have to make profit on the completed job and there are more hands involved in the final product, creating more risk at times for things to go wrong. Because of our many years in the industry, Virtue Construction is able to complete many building projects in house; this includes painting, drywall, tile, roofing, siding, and more. This reduces the cost and the risk, and increases the quality, customer service, and ease of renovation/building. I enjoy working with people and talking about what their hopes are for their home improvement projects. I enjoy helping people make their space more functional, making a house a home, and keeping their investment maintained and adding value.

The first time we hired Jason was to replace a 40 year old tin roof that had skylights in it. He was was quick and very through. There were rotten beams, dead bird nests, broken vent pipes that were filling the house with stink when the heater came on and and he, instead of just doing the job he was hired for, took the time to address the problems and fixed them. He really knows his business and made us aware of any issues or potential issues. We were very pleased with his integrity and skill. The roof is beautiful, he even gave us pointers on color for trim. Now we need to freshen up the outside of the house to match our beautiful roof. We have hired Jason and his wife ( the design part) again to remodel a bathroom in a very old trailer house. As he tor into the floor he found LOTS of rot and previous cobbled together handwork of DIY;ers.Pipes were just hanging in the walls with out bracing etc. it just went on.There were all kind of setbacks with the trailer because of the lack of maintenance and lack of knowledge of DYI'rs that created more problems, pretty much a domino effect of impending trouble. Jason had a good attitude and was very helpful in offering options, even when I was ready to sell it for scrap. The bathroom is great April has a great eye for color and design and Jason is very knowledgeable, honest and through. Another thing I want to mention is that when Jason noticed the tin coming off an old out building in a wind storm and fixed it on his own, no charge. You just never hear of that kind of thing anymore. It is a pleasure hiring him, I know i wont be taken advantage of and have the piece of mind that the work is sound. I HIGHLY recommend them they are honest !

I have had Jason do several jobs for me over the last yr and he never let's me down. Him and his wife did an amazing job on my small bathroom that had a lot of water damage. I am color blind so April helped pick out the colors I described to her. I was so impress w the bathroom that I had him come back and finish all the trim work that the last contractor never finished. Recently he completed a new roof for us which I absolutely love and installed my new wall oven. I have now hired him for some door replacements. He is kind and works around my home business schedule extremely well. He's considerate and is always concerned if you are happy when he is finished. Thank you Jason and April for your hard work.

Mr. Wenzel designed and built me custom tiled counters and a display shelf in my kitchen as well as custom barnwood picture frames for some beloved artwork. Professional, timely, quality work. Will hire again.

He had to undo and redo someone else's poor work. He re-sided our house and re-built both front and back porches. He careful, exact work, told us what he was going to do and offered us $ choices on what way to go. There was a lot of rot under the old siding which he replaced. He was careful, exact and fast! We've just had the test of his work, a 70+ mph wind and rain storm. We are snug and warm.
