- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $80 per hour and give a discount on any building materials you purchase through us if we designed the project. We use a standard AIA contract in which you can quit anytime you like as long as you pay for the time already spent by us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have an initial meeting which is free. we use this meeting to determine what our clients wants and needs are, along with the scope of services require to obtain the desired product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I acquired two college degrees one in architectural technology and another in computer science but have hands on experience as a general contractor both in California and Washington. I have also completed major courses in structural engineering taught by licensed structural engineers while working in the truss and component industry. I have worked for and with many first class design oriented architects and was a roof design consultant from the truss company I worked for to all our clients in California.
