FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As with any field things are changing constantly, and it is very important for me to stay up to date. I like to call myself a professional student and I seem to remain in someones class. I attend numerous seminars, and trainings frequently. The last was a 3 day Personal Trainer Conference in May 2014.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with the elderly, new moms, youth, and overweight and obese clients.I recently spent the past year working with my mom who had 4 back surgeries to lose weight. I have experience in many areas and love sharing my knowledge.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that customers new that all the quick result shakes, pills, wraps ect Will work in the short term, but once you stop you are back to were you started. It is important to learn how to live a healthy life with whole real foods, and not "foods" created in a lab. There are many people out there who claim to be health coaches, personal trainers, and while some may be certified trainer with experience, many are not. This puts your health and physical well being in jeopardy. I have personally tried just about everything out there (minus harmful stimulants, and enhancers) so I'm telling you from experience. I feel its unfair for me to judge without having a basis.
