Larry is a lifesaver!! My computer had crashed, and I was in a complete panic! All of my client information and database were on there. I've worked with Larry in the past, he is our go-to computer guy. I called him and he came right over. He removed the hard drive and took it with them, and by that night he retrieved all of my info!! I can't thank him enough, he saved my business! I was prepared to pay quite a bit....but what he charged was completely reasonable! Whatever he charges, it's totally worth it! I am so grateful. Larry is the computer Superman!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Slow or unresponsive computers are not only hard to use but often have bugs or need updates. When a sick PC needs service, we look at backing up important files, pictures, music, and documents first, then get the bugs out and update software. If the PC is really old, we take out the hard drive to use for transferring files to a new PC. Some folks need lessons and we do one-on-one training one hour at a time. Often, we go out to the customer site to do the job or to pickup the PC for service at our office.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Look or ask for referrals. Ask if the PC will be sent away or if the work is done locally. Ask if they can check out the computer after the work is done at the repair place before paying for the service.
