- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base cost is $340 per month. From there we add in what the client needs and do custom pricing at a fixed cost per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a file check service to analyze what is going on with their current Quickbooks file and then do a clean up. From there we move to monthly services or training. With new companies, we set everything up and get them running on Quickbooks online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Quickbooks certified and have a business degree. I do continuing education to keep up with new field innovations and research apps consistently I think will work for my clients.
