Thank you my friend it was great to meet both of you. I really appreciate the review .I hope you call for all of your needs. Take care you can call anytime. My number is back working 3604497135
Scott did not complete the job we agreed upon and he said he completed. When I went down to see the work he had not completed what was agreed upon. I have been following up with him for the last two months for him to complete the job and he keeps saying he will do it, but has not delivered. Also, his costs were all over the place and when I asked fro the receipt for the materials I gave him money for he could not find it. Based on other reviews, it looks like he is best for mowing your lawn type of stuff, but definitely do not pay him prior to inspecting the work that was agreed to be completed.Jan 5, 2016VerifiedScott W.'s reply
tom thanks for the work your account of the day is much deffrent than how we seen it. after the fact you wanted me to drive back out there to do a one minute chore I chose not to do it. that got me the review that u chose to write. the day started out with me driving the opposite deriction by twenty miles so you didn't have to.you gave me some money for blinds that wasn't enough to buy all the blinds and down spout and. a few other small items. so there's were I spent are lunch money and part of the gas money. We did everything that was agreed upon and also did your yard for free.... THE ONLY THING THAT WASN'T DONE WAS PUTTING A NINTY DEGREE PIECE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DOWNSPOUT and you asked me to do it after we had left. also as we were leaving I seen a van pull up and leave some boxs.i turned around and went back.the box's were the new renters Comcast equipment. I put it in the house. I called tom to see when he was going to meet me we had earlier talked about half way. now you say all the way back to were we meet in the morng.TWENTY MILES OUT OF OUR WAY. We called you when we got there and you said twenty minutes. 21/2 hrs later tom shows up and isn't grateful for anything.hes not sorry that I sat and waited for him hungry and out of gas. We told him that we did the yard for free and put the equipment in the house tried to explain that he never gave us enough money and all he wanted to do was argue about the minty degree bend on the down spout. We did all that for a couple hundred dollars. What a jerk. and I will never put the downspout minty degree piece on. thanks pal for a day that I would like to forget.i left the house at six in the morning and got home at eleven at night all for this guy. Not cool. pal

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our company has proudly been providing free estimates since we were established in 2002 as well as offering a 10% discount to seniors and %5 discounts for referring a friend. All prices very based off project specifications. All bids are subject to change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I normally like to go out and see what the customer wants done . then I can evaluate what the nessarry steps are going to be needed to accomplish the job.if sub contractors are involved I have a pre construction meeting and have everyone there and we go thru the entire project on paper so we can see if there are conflicting issues. It's at this point we get those solved and then we order out the materials and set the schedule we go over the process with the owner and let them make there choices on the items that need there preferences and we lock in the schedule and make everyone live by it. We have a safety meeting every morning and talk about what's up for today and who is doing what and were and we go for it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?in one of the other comments I talk about Tim Clements he was a stuctaul engineer and he owned a commercial construction company. he taught us everything from the ground up. it was the education of a life time if you were in this business. he was a gifted teacher.
