Toni went above and beyond when finishing my full bathroom remodel! His tile work is so clean and my bathroom looks amazing! He showed up on time, worked hard, and long. He also communicated clearly so there were no surprises. Once he was done I asked him to work on a few other things in my house. He did trim work, painted a room, and installed some cabinets. I'm about to have him work on our basement next. Feel confident that you are hiring a good guy once you see the work he did for. See pics!

I had Tony install some doors, door frames, trim, and did a very nice tile tub surround in my house. I am extremely pleased with his work. His customer service was above standard, and his work was at a professional level.

Detail of the work is very good. Good straight lines with the tile and work around all areas. Consistant flow of designs. All surfaces are level and equal.

I have taken time to formulate my thought regarding this experience because it is not in my nature to write or say anything negative, however, I feel a responsibility to other home owners.
I had a couple of roof leaks that resulted in damage to the ceiling drywall. I contacted Precision Tile and was offered a very reasonable bid for the work. I accepted and was assured the projects would take only a day to complete, I was flying out of town in two days so timeliness was important.
My first concern was that I provided money upfront for materials and nobody showed up for the scheduled work nor answered their phones when I called. Eventually my calls were answered and excuses, inappropriate, were provided. Two contractors arrived to complete work. I offered beverage and checked in repeatedly. At one point I was approached by one of the men and asked for something to eat, it is customary in my home to feed those who work, but he also asked for some Sangria (an alcoholic beverage) that I was serving my family and guests. I was quite surprised and found this very unprofessional.
The bigger issues were workmanship. The drywall repair itself was beautiful but my ENTIRE home was destroyed by the process. Every single surface of my home was coated in drywall dust. Doors, walls, faucets, fixtures, linens, EVERYTHING had either dust or orange-peel overspray. The job took so much longer than expected and the clean up took even longer. My son could not sleep in his room for over a week, our animals had to be confined, we experienced horrible allergies from breathing the debris.
Additionally, in kindness, spackling was applied to various small dings or imperfections throughout the house, however, these were not all sanded down or texture sprayed and I didn't have the paint to match those areas so I incurred additional expenses to finish the work. Sadly, I have not even repainted all of these as of yet.
