- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quoted and priced our projects based on labor and materials costs. We do not estimate it per square foot like most contractors does! This helps us run our business efficiently and effectively also making sure we paid our subcontractors and crew fairly and worth of their time and hard work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We meet the customer first, usually scheduled a quote appointment with the customer and discuss the project 2. We work on the Estimate/Quote and send it over via Email or print out if preferred by the clients. We also attached links when we send our estimate as a resources and more information for our interested clients to surf more pictures and videos or our recent projects and related services they might need or request! 3. Once or if the customer approves the estimate, we send over the written proposal and contract for the client to review and sign. That includes Scope of work, time frame, payment options and terms, policies and project descriptions. 4. Payment Arrangements and Deposit 5. Confirming Project Starting Date 6. Continue with Project Updates, Changes and making sure the flow of communication with all our clients is clear and transparent!
