FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not cheap. I deal with concrete for a living and I know it intimately . I cannot make a mistake on the freshly poured concrete and come back the next day to fix it. Once it’s down , it’s down. I have the highest standards when it comes down to construction and I want the best results for my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step to any new client is to build “Trust”! That starts right away when you call, text, or email me about your project and we schedule for estimate. We then proceed on to go to work which consist of planning, executing the plan, and sealing the deal. My main target is to make the process simple and very informative for all my future customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 plus years of experience including countless hours of intense labor in this field of work. I started off cleaning, pushing wheel barrels, breaking concrete, loading concrete , cleaning concrete tools, etc on Saturdays and school breaks as young as 10 years old. I continued this and in my Junior year of high school I knew what my career would be. I Eventually graduated and went full-time under the family’s Concrete business. I was educated and trained hands on training at a young age from great contractors. I took all that knowledge and opened up my own business.
