- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It will be fair and relative to the scope of work but also the existing conditions and whether or not multiple people will be needed to achieve the desired outcome in a timely manner
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather basic information, discus the reason you reached out & how I can help, schedule a convenient time to meet in person and assess situation, create a bid for work and schedule a time to complete it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing construction since i was 16, worked for a variety of companies in almost every subsection of general construction, completed a 4 year apprenticeship program, ran work as a foreman for one of the biggest local contractors in king county,
