- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the years of experience that I've accumulated over the last 8 years. I charge fairly based on the individual job and what it takes to get it done. The goal is to give the customer a fair price that matches the expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walking them through the process from start to finish. Most people know what they want but don't know some of the steps to get there. I want to make the whole experience as easy and convenient as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience starts with 3 years of top of the line union electrical training followed by an Journey Level 01 license. I also have a Administrator 01 license which qualifies me to make entire residential load calculations. The most important license I posses is the EVITP ( Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program ), this license is for training specific to EV charging giving me expertise in that field that a lot of electricians don't have.
