FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality work doesn't have to break the bank. Our low overhead means we don't need to mark up our prices to cover exorbitant costs. You get what we all want and deserve, a job well done, at a price that will leave a little change jingling in your pocket!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we want to find out exactly what it is you're looking for. What is most important to you. Just need a simple Chimney sweep and inspection to give you peace of mind so you and the family can enjoy a nice roaring fire? Are you in a hurry to get it done? Are you working on a tight home repair budget with multiple projects, and you need to piece out each item vs doing them all at one time. Is being aesthetically appealing more important than functionality? These questions can all have bearing on which direction your repair can go. Our goal is to make sure you are getting the repair you want, not just the repair you need!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
