Introduction: I have attention to detail and creative solutions for helping customers build their vision from concept to reality. I offer a good value at competitive pricing with pride in customer service. I do not have employees; all work is accomplished by the same person who quotes the project, schedules, executes, and guarantees the quality. Because most people have an idea of what they want but not a final picture, I try to offer good ideas that work within budget. It does not take a large amount of money to make a home feel like a million-dollar mansion inside. It's the little details that are not noticed except for the trained eye but can be felt when quality is present. I work within budgets and timelines. I understand that it is a personal endeavor for someone new to come into a customer's house. I have a family too, and if I am not comfortable with someone being around my family, I find someone else. I respect personal items within a home and strive for comfortable working hours and conditions while maintaining a short schedule of completion. I practice transparency. People do not want to feel cheated, but most understand that a family man needs to support his family. I am more than willing to review quotes with people and break down all costs, so there is comfort before the project begins that they are not being taken advantage of. I do not plan to be rich. I want to do what I love and support my family while doing it. I am always looking to improve on better quality/craftsmanship, better customer service and more efficiency. I believe these are keys to giving someone a great value. I want to be the only number people call when they need help with their project because loyalty goes both ways. I have experience in construction management from concept to completion. My experience is learning about new materials, carpentry (rough and finish), remodeling, demolition, restructuring, rebuilding, refinishing and new construction.
